Πρέπει να κάνω επέμβαση για δισκοκήλη αυχένα χωρίς συμπτώματα;
Καλησπέρα έχω διαγνωστεί δισκοκήλη στον αυχένα από μαγνητική με πίεση στον νωτιαίο μυελό χωρίς όμως συμπτώματα αστάθειας ή άλλα νευρολογικά, ο νευροχειρουργός μου πρότεινε επέμβαση, δεν έχω πάρει αγωγή ούτε κάτι συντηρητικό, πρέπει να κάνω επέμβαση; ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας. Η πίεση στο μυελό που αναφέρεται είναι αυτό που λέμε μυελοπάθεια ή απλά πίεση στη περιοχή;
Η μαγνητική έχει μία συγκεκριμένη εικόνα όταν συμβαίνει αυτό και στη προκειμένη περίπτωση είναι σωστή η υπόδειξη του συναδέλφου (εφόσον ο μαγνητης αναφέρει αλλοιώσεις μυελοπάθειας).Μιλάμε πάντα υποθετικά γιατί πχ ένας δίσκος να μπορεί να 'πιέζει' τον μυελό ΧΩΡΙΣ να υπάρχει εικόνα αλλοίωσης αυτού.Αυτό φαίνεται στη μαγνητική.
