Ξυπνάω με πόνο στη μέση και δόνηση λόγω δισκοκήλης, τι φταίει;
Ξυπνάω καθημερινά κάπου στις 6 το πρωί με πόνο στη μέση και ενα εσωτερικό τρέμουλο- δόνηση. εχω δισκοκήλη και ευερεθιστο έντερο. Επίσης αγχος . Σηκώνω αρμετα βάρη στη δουλειά. Ξεκίνησα αγωγή για την κήλη αλγκοφρεν 600 και νορτζεσικ για 10 μέρες. Θα περάσει άραγε αυτός ο πόνος; Η δόνηση αυτή είναι ψυχοσωματική : Χωρίς καλό ύπνο μπαίνω σε φαύλο κύκλο άγχους
