Καλησπέρα έχω κέντρο πλαγιά δεξιά καλή κήλη του δίσκου θ11 θ12 και μικρό διαβρώσεις της κάτω επίφυσιακης πλακας μου δημιουργεί πόνο στο δεξί πόδι ψηλά πείρα κορτιζόνη μια εβδομάδα αλλά τίποτα ξεκίνησα και φυσιοθεραπεία αλλα τίποτα (29 ετών )
