Καλησπέρα, έκανα μαγνητική κ έδειξε στα επίπεδα α5-α6 και α6-α7 απεικονίζονται μικρές κεντρικές προπτωσεις των μεσοσπονδυλιων δίσκων με ήπια πιεστικά φαινόμενα επι του νωτιαίου σάκου δίχως πίεση επι του νωτιαίου μυελού. Θα ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω αν θα μπορώ να κάνω ασκήσεις πιλάτες οι οποίες έχουν φόρτιση στον αυχένα; Ευχαριστώ πολύ
