Αγχος για MRI: Κήλη μεσοσπονδύλιου δίσκου Ο4-Ο5 και ρήξη ινώδους δακτυλίου
Γεια σας εχω πολυ αγχος γιατι εκανα ΜRI και βρικαν αυτα Στο Ο4-Ο5 μεσοσπονδύλιο διάστημα παρατηρείται οπίσθια με προσανατολισμό σαφώς προς τα δεξιά κήλη του μεσοσπονδυλίου δίσκου η οποία και καταδύεται σε μήκος τουλάχιστον 5-6χιλ ασκώντας μικρού έως μετρίου βαθμού πιέσεις στην δεξιά Ο4-Ο5 ρίζα και μικρότερες πιέσεις στις αντίστοιχες ρίζες αριστερά. Συνυπάρχει μόλις διακριτή ρήξη του ινώδους δακτυλίου στην οπίσθια επιφάνεια του Ο4-Ο5 δίσκου 2χιλ περίπου. Το εύρος του μηνιγγικού σωλήνα σε προσθιοπίσθια διάσταση εκτιμάται στα 13χιλ.
