Δισκοκήλη: Μούδιασμα ποδιού, πόνος γλουτού, περπάτημα, σκαλιά;
Έχω κάνει δισκοκήλη 20 ημέρες. Το κάτω άκρο του ποδιού μου είναι μουδιασμένο και εδώ και 5 ημέρες πονάει ο άνω γλουτιαίος μυς. Επίσης πόση ώρα μπορώ να περπατάω και αν κάνει να ανεβοκατεβαίνω σκαλιά.
