Καλημέρα έχω πρωινό ζάχαρο από 117 έως 125 το απόγευμα 080 και μετά το φαγητό 2 ώρες μετά 145 ποια είναι η συμβουλή σας

Η διάγνωση του σακχαρώδους διαβήτη γίνεται όταν υπάρχει παθολογική τιμή : 1) στην γλυκόζη νηστείας (μετά από αιμοληψία - όχι στον μετρητή στο σπίτι) μετά από νηστεία τουλάχιστον 8 ωρών, ή 2) στην γλυκοζυλιωμένη αιμοσφαιρίνη, ή 3) στη γλυκόζη πλάσματος στις 2 ωρες μετά από δοκιμασία φόρτισης με 75 γρ γλυκόζης, ή 4) σε τυχαία μέτρηση γλυκόζης πλάσματος και τυπικά συμπτώματα υπεργλυκαιμίας (κάθε μία από τις παραπάνω παθολογικές τιμές πρέπει να επιβαιώνεται και δεύτερη φορά πριν μπει η διάγνωση) . Με εξετάσεις αίματος θα διακριθούν και οι ενδιάμεσες καταστάσεις του "προδιαβήτη" δηλαδή της διαταραγμένης γλυκόζης νηστείας και της διαταραγ...μένης ανοχής στη γλυκόζη.
