Είμαι γυναίκα 44 ετών. Γλυκόζη νηστείας 84 κ γλυκοζυλιωμένη 5.89. Μετά από γεύμα μεγάλο στις 2 ώρες 142 κ 20 λεπτά αργότερα 120. Θεωρείται προδιαβήτης;

Ενώ έχετε πολύ χαμηλά την γλυκόζη νηστείας προδιαβήτης είναι άνω του 102-104 και διαβήτης άνω του 126 και επίσης πολύ καλές τιμές στην μεταγευματική γλυκόζη, η γλυκοζυλιωμένη σας σας είναι οριακά φυσιολογική άνω του 6 θεωρείται διαβήτης. Λίγο προσοχή διαιτητικά και επανέλεγχος σε έναν μήνα. Ειδικά την γλυκοζυλιωμένη σας εννοώ. Τρίμηνο κάνετε και γενικότερες εξετάσεις, γενική αίματος γενικές βιοχημικές κλπ. Προσέξτε μη ρίξετε την γλυκόζη υπερβολικά κάτω του 70 κι έχετε υπογλυκαιμία, ζαλάδες κλπ. Γενικός ιατρός είμαι ονομάζομαι Ζάγκαλης.
