Γιατί πονάω έντονα πριν την κένωση στη δεύτερη μέρα περιόδου;

Καλησπέρα σας, εχω γενικα επωδυνες περιοδους,ειδικοτερα η πρωτη ημερα (με 28-30 ημερες κυκλο). Παρατηρω πως τη δευτερη ημερα, πριν την κενωση κοπρανων, με πιανει ενας αφορητος πονος για λιγα δευτερολεπτα αφου εχω "σπρωξει" λιγο. Μετα δεν με ξαναπιανει, ουτε τις υπολοιπες ημερες του κυκλου. Μηπως με το σπρωξιμο για την κενωση, προκαλω συσπαση μητρας;; η γυναικολογος μου μου ειπε πως δε φαινεται να εχω ενδομητριωση(με κολπικο υπερηχογραφημα και υπερηχο ). Σε τι μπορει να οφειλεται;;;Να το νισω πως την πρωτη ημερα περιοδου σε συνδιασμο με τους πονους εχω και διαρροιες.Ευχαριστώ.
