Πόνος στην αριστερή πλευρά γλώσσας, λαιμού και αυτιού: αιτίες;

Καλησπέρα εδώ και λίγες εβδομάδες έχω πόνο στην αριστερή πλευρά της γλώσσας συνεχίζει στο λαιμό και πολλές φορές και εσωτερικά του αυτιού . Ο πόνος έρχεται και φεύγει.
