Λιθίαση σιελογόνου αδένα: Χειρουργείο ή φαρμακευτική αγωγή;
Καλησπέρα σας. Πήγα σε γιατρό ωτορινολαρυγγολόγο, γιατί κάτω από τη γλώσσα πρήστηκα και δημιουργήθηκε ένα εξόγκωμα. Μου είπε ρητά πως είναι λιθίαση σιελογόνου αδένα. Με έστειλε για μαγνητική τομογραφία για να δούμε εάν είναι μια πέτρα ή πολλές. Το μήκος του πρηξίματος είναι πάνω από εκατοστό. Μου είπε πως ίσως χρειαστεί χειρουργείο. Θα χρειαστεί να μπω σ' αυτήν τη διαδικασία, ή αντιμετωπίζεται και με φαρμακευτική αγωγή; Σας ευχαριστώ.
