Μπορεί ο διογκωμένος θυρεοειδής με όζους και πρόπτωση στον τράχηλο να προκαλεί βραχνάδα και απώλεια

Εδώ και ένα εξάμηνο περίπου έχω βραχνάδα και 3 ολικές απώλειες στη φωνή μου. Πήρα αντιβίωση, κορτιζόνη και έκανα αφωνία δύο φορές. Βελτιώθηκα και τώρα πάλι τα ίδια. Υπάρχει η περίπτωση ένας διογκωμένος από όζους θυρεοειδής, με πρόπτωση στον τράχηλο να δημιουργεί αυτόν τον ερεθισμό στις φωνητικές χορδές και να υποφέρω; Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.
