Καλησπέρα...ύστερα απο βιοψια που εκανα διαγνώστηκα με θυλακικο λειχηνα στο τριχωτο της κεφαλής...έχω μέχρι στιγμης μικρή απωλεια μαλλιων κ είμαι σε θεραπεια με μινοξιδιλη και κορτιζονη σε μορφή λοσιόν.. αν κ η απωλεια μαλλιων είναι μικρή έχει αρχίσει και επεκτείνεται κ γινεται σιγά σιγα πιο έντονη.. τα μαλλια αυτά θα ξαναβγουν...κ αν όχι η μόνη λύση ειναι η μεταμοσχευση?

Καλησπέρα! Η θεραπεία του θυλακικου λειχηνα προβλέπει πρώτα την σταθεροποιηση της νόσου, έλεγχο φλεγμονής κ όταν παρέλθει ικανοποιητικό χρονικό διάστημα συζητάμε για μεταμοσχευση τριχων. Το γεγονός ότι ακόμα επεκτείνεται η απώλεια είναι πρόβλημα!
