Μικρόοζιδιο 3mm στον πνεύμονα μετά από χειρουργείο ορθού, κακοήθεια;

Καλησπέρα σας,ο μπαμπάς προ διετίας χειρουργήθηκε για όγκο στον ορθό,από εκεί κ έπειτα μέχρι κ σήμερα αν τρίμηνο κάνουμε επαναληπτικές εξετάσεις ,η προηγούμενη αξονική προ τριμηνου στον πνεύμονα είναι πεντακάθαρη, αυτό το τρίμηνο είχε ακτινογραφία κ βρέθηκε ένα μικροοζιδιο 3mm,είναι κακοήθεια μπορεί να είναι κάτι άλλο;;
