Κίτρινα πηχτά φλέματα με αίμα το πρωί: Τι μπορεί να σημαίνει;

Καλημέρα....έχω πολλά φλέματα εδώ και λίγο καιρό και είναι κίτρινα πηχτά...εδώ και δύο μέρες το πρωί στο πρώτο φλέμα βλέπω αίμα πάνω στο φλέμα...μετά τίποτα.. Πήγα σε ΩΡΛ και δεν μου βρήκε κάτι...τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει;
