Αιμόπτυση μετά από αγγειοσπασμό και φλεγμονή σε καπνιστή 65 ετών: Ανησυχίες?
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 65 καπνίστρια και τις προάλλες νοσηλεύτηκα με αιμόπτυση. Οι εξετάσεις μου αιματολογικές, αξονική, ακτινογραφία θώρακος κλπ δεν έδειξαν κάτι. Μόνο η αξονική διηθήματα θολής υάλου συμβατά με την αιμόπτυση. Η διάγνωση ήταν σπασμένο αγγείο από φλεγμονή. Έχω και χρόνια βροχίτιδα και γενικά βήχω συχνα. Το θέμα είναι ότι μια βδομάδα μετά που έχω γυρίσει σπίτι και ακόμη παίρνω την αντιβίωση μου, προχτές είδα 2-3 φορές λίγο καφέ και κόκκινο στο χαρτί με το βήχα. Αυτό σταμάτησε για δυο μέρες είχα διάφανη βλέννα και σήμερα πάλι είδα λιγάκι κόκκινο με το βήχα. Δεν έχω καπνίσει καθόλου. Ανησυχώ. Γιατί συμβαίνει αυτό?
