Χειρουργική επέμβαση για τροχαντηρίτιδα μετά από αποτυχία κορτιζόνης και PRP;

Καλησπέρα σας θα ήθελα από κάποιο ειδικό να με ενημερώσει σχετικά με την χειρουργική επέμβαση για θεραπεία τροχαντηρίτιδας. Δεν έχω δει αποτέλεσμα από εγχύσεις κορτιζόνης. Έχω κάνει και 1 έγχυση prp πριν ένα 20 ημέρες αλλά δεν έχω δει αποτέλεσμα! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ
