Γνώμη για θεραπεία PRP σε τενοντίτιδα μετά από ρήξη μηνίσκου γόνατος
Πριν από 11 χρόνια υποβλήθηκα σε επέμβαση χιαστού και μηνίσκου στο αριστερό γόνατο και ακολούθησα τις μετεγχειρητικές οδηγίες του γιατρού. Πρόσφατα, έκανα μια απότομη κίνηση με το ίδιο γόνατο, με αποτέλεσμα να νιώσω έντονο πόνο και να δυσκολεύομαι στο περπάτημα. Έκανα μαγνητική τομογραφία, η οποία έδειξε ρήξη στο οπίσθιο κέρας του έσω μηνίσκου. Πήγα στον γιατρό, ο οποίος μου έκανε ένεση κορτιζόνης, αλλά τελικά διαπιστώθηκε ότι πρόκειται για τενοντίτιδα. Έχουν περάσει 5 ημέρες από την ένεση, όμως εξακολουθώ να έχω πόνο και το γόνατο δεν έχει επανέλθει πλήρως. Μου πρότεινε ως λύση τη θεραπεία PRP. Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας για τη θεραπεία αυτή;
