Εμβοές και βόμβος μετά από λήψη ribrain, holisten και memotin: αιτίες?

Σε μια μέρα μέσα πήρα ένα ribrain 12mg το holisten το χάπι της χοληστερίνης μου και memotin. Από εκείνο το απόγευμα επιδεινώθηκαν οι εμβοές μου κι ακούω ένα βόμβο στο κεφάλι μου που δεν άκουγα πριν. Τι συνέβη? Έπαθα κάποια μόνιμη βλάβη στο αυτί?
