Τι να κάνω με πιθανότητα ντάουν 1/111 λόγω ηλικίας και ιστορικού;
Καλησπέρα σας. Πριν δύο χρόνια η κύηση μου έδειξε ντάουν μέσα από ευρήματα στην αυχενική και μετά νιπτ και αμνιο. Μετά η επόμενη ήταν παλίνδρομη με καρυότυπο εμβρύου 69χχγ. Στο σήμερα είμαι έγκυος έκανα αυχενική όπου δόξα τον Θεό είναι όλα καλά ΑΔ 1.44 χωρίς κανένα εύρημα. Μόνο η προϋπάρχουσα πιθανότητα είναι 1/111 για ντάουν λόγω ηλικίας (34) και ιστορικού ενώ η τροποποιημένη είναι 1/2146. Τι θα μου προτείνατε να κάνω;; Να κάνω νιπτ;; Να μη κάνω τίποτα είναι όλα καλά;; Παίρνω σαλοσπίρ προεκλαμψία πριν τις 37 είναι 1/111 και περιορισμός εμβρυϊκής ανάπτυξης πριν τις 37 1/86..
