Πρέπει να κάνω NIPT αν η β-hCG είναι υψηλή και η PAPP-A χαμηλή;
Γεια σας, είμαι 34 ετών και βρίσκομαι στην 12η εβδομάδα + 3 ημέρες κύησης (μονήρης κύηση, χωρίς προβλήματα υγείας). Έκανα τον έλεγχο Α' τριμήνου και θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας για τα αποτελέσματα: Κεφαλουραίο μήκος (CRL): 53,1 mm Αυχενική διαφάνεια (NT): 2,20 mm (μέσα σε φυσιολογικά όρια) Ρινικό οστό: ορατό Doppler τριγλώχινας & φλεβώδους πόρου: φυσιολογικά Μήκος τραχήλου: 31 mm Βιοχημικοί δείκτες: PAPP-A 1,91 IU/I 0,781 MoM Free β-hCG 88,43 IU/I 2,406 MoM Εκτίμηση κινδύνου σύμφωνα με FMF: Σύνδρομο Προϋπάρχουσα πιθανότητα Τελική τροποποιημένη πιθανότητα Τρισωμία 21 (Down) 1:299 1:3442 Τρισωμία 18 1:693 1:13.855 Τρισωμία 13 1:2183 Ερώτησή μου: Αν και οι πιθανότητες είναι χαμηλές, θα πρέπει να κάνω NIPT για περισσότερη σιγουριά, δεδομένου ότι η β-hCG είναι υψηλή και η PAPP-A ελαφρώς χαμηλή; Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Συνυπολογίζοντας όλες τις παραμέτρους το ρίσκο σας για μωρό με τρία μια 21 είναι 1 στις 299 κυήσεις με τα ίδια χαρακτηριστικά με τη δική σας. Θα σας πρότεινα ή να κάνετε NIPT ή ακόμα καλύτερα βιοψία τροφοβλάστης σε έμπειρο εμβρυομητρικό. Αυτό συντείνω πάντα στις ασθενείς μου. Φυσικά η τελική απόφαση είναι του μπαμπά και της μαμάς, είναι δική σας.
