Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι με συνδυαστική για τρισωμία 18 1/850 στη δεύτερη εγκυμοσύνη;

Καλησπερα, ειμαι 35 χρονων σε δεύτερη εγκυμοσυνη και εκανα αυχενικη στις 12 εβδομάδες και 2 ημέρες με τροποποιηση λόγω μεγέθους 12 εβδ. Και 5 ημέρες. Pappa 837.90 και Hcg 37.69. Η αυχενικη 2 χιλιοστά με ορατό ρινικο οστό και όλα τα υπόλοιπα φυσιολογικά. Βγήκε η συνδυαστική για τρισωμία 18 : 1/850. Πιστεύετε πως πρέπει να κάνω κάτι?
