Εκανα quadruple test και βγηκε ελαφρώς θετικό για σύνδρομο down, με πιθανότητα 1 στις 150. Αυχενική διαφάνεια ειχα καλή (1.3mm) και η β επιπέδου δειχνει φυσιολογικό έμβρυο. Να κάνω και NIPT ή δεν εχει νόημα; Πρωτη εγκυμοσύνη, 37 ετών, φυσιολογική σύλληψη.
