Αυχενική διαφάνεια 42χρονης εγκύου: πιθανότητες τρισωμίας και γνώμες ειδικών

“Καλησπέρα εχθές έκανα αυχενική διαφάνεια είμαι 42 στη πρώτη μου εγκυμοσύνη. Τα αποτελέσματα είναι CRL 74,0mm ΑΔ 9.10 mm, BPD 24mm, FL 11,0mm καρδιακή συχνότητα 165 παλμοί, ενδοκρανιακή διαφ. 2,0 mm πλακούντας επιπωματικός, ρινικό οστό ορατό και πιθανότητες τρισωμία 21 (1 σε 9) τρισωμία 18 (>1 σε 4), τρισωμία 13 (1 σε 7). Η γυναικολόγος θεωρεί ότι δεν υπάρχει λόγος να κάνω λήψη τροφοβλάστη. Δεν έχω πάρει καμία απόφαση είμαι στη μέση της 14ης εβδομάδας.” Παρακαλώ θα ήθελα να ξέρω αν έχετε δει εσείς ειδικοί τόσο υψηλή αυχενική και ποια είναι η γνώμη σας

  • Καλημέρα σας, τα αποτελέσματα σας δεν είναι καθόλου καλά! Η πιθανότητα να μην έχεις κάποια χρωμοσωμικη ανωμαλία το έμβρυο είναι ελάχιστη έως απίθανη. Αν θεωρείτε όμως ότι θα σας κάνει να νιώσετε μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια μπορείτε να την κάνετε. Η απάντηση είναι ναι έχουμε δει!
