Τι να κάνω για ξηροστομία και ψυχολογικά προβλήματα μετά από 12 μέρες duloxetine 30mg και xanax;

Ξεκίνησα το duloxetine 30mg πριν 12 μέρες, μου το έδωσε ο ρευματολόγος για ινομυαλγία. Μαζί με xanax γιατί δεν μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ καθόλου. Πολύ δύσκολες μέρες..... Όλες αυτές τις μέρες ψευτοκοιμάμαι, έχω απίστευτη ξηροστομία σε γλώσσα και λαιμό, και είμαι ψυχολογικά χάλια. Τι να κάνω να βοηθηθώ;
