Είμαι 79 ετών και έχω σκληρό σαν φακή στον καρπό, μπορώ να το βγάλω;

Είμαι 79 ...στον καρπό του χεριού μου έχω βγάλει ένα σκληρό σαν φακή...έβαζα βαζελίνη για να μαλακώσει αλλά τίποτα.... έχει χρώμα σαν σκλήρυνση ποδιού.....νομίζω ότι θα βγάλω και άλλο....το μπορώ να κάνω;;; Ευχαριστώ πολύ
