Ασβέστωμα στον καρπό χωρίς τραυματισμό: Τι μπορεί να είναι;
Καλησπέρα, στον καρπό μου από την αριστερή μεριά εκεί που βρίσκεται η ωλένη (έτσι μου είπε ο γιατρός τηλεφωνικά) έκανα ακτινογραφίες και φαίνεται κάτι σαν ασβέστωμα, σαν οστό μικρό που δεν έχει κολλήσει καλά και με ρώτησε ο γιατρός αν έχω χτυπήσει αλλά δεν έχω χτυπήσει ποτέ εκεί. Οι μόνες κινήσεις που έκανα είναι στην οδήγηση στο τιμόνι που στρίβω αριστερά. Έκανα αγωγή δέκα μέρες με αντιφλεγμονώδη αλλά δεν πέρασε… τι πιστεύετε ότι είναι; Έχω αγχωθεί!!

Το πιθανότερο είναι να οφείλεται σε ασβεστοποιητικη τενοντίτιδα στον ωλένιο εκτείνοντα του καρπού..Πρόκειται για συσσώρευση ασβεστίου μέσα σε τένοντα ή μαλακά μόρια.
Μπορεί να εμφανιστεί χωρίς τραυματισμό, συχνά λόγω υπέρχρησης (π.χ. επαναλαμβανόμενες κινήσεις στο τιμόνι).Συνοδεύεται από πόνο που χειροτερεύει με την κίνηση και συχνά δεν φεύγει μόνο με απλά αντιφλεγμονώδη.
