Θα βοηθήσει η ένεση υαλουρονικού/κολλαγόνου στη ρήξη επιχείλιου χόνδρου;
Καλησπέρα σας. Έχω ρηξη επιχιλειου χονδρου. Το χέρι είναι λειτουργικό μόνο με κάποιες ενοχλήσεις σε κάποιες γωνίες τους χεριού. Θα βοηθήσει μια ενεση υαλουρινικου ή κολλαγόνου στο να επανέλθει πλήρως το χέρι? Ευχαριστώ!

Η ένεση δεν θα διορθώσει το πρόβλημα της ρήξης καθώς και τα συμπτώματα που σχετίζονται με αυτή(ενοχλήσεις σε κάποιες γωνίες). Για την πλήρη αποκατάσταση και επιστροφή της λειτουργικότητας χρειάζεται αρθροσκοπική αποκατάσταση. Η ένεση μπορεί να βοηθήσει μερικώς στο θέμα του πόνου ή σαν συντηρητική αγωγή αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση σαν το χειρουργείο.

Το υαλουρονικό δε θα βοηθήσει καθόλου. Επι της ουσίας χρειάζεστε αρθροσκόπηση ώμου. Ελάχιστα επιστημονικά δεδομένα υπάρχουν και τις ενέσεις με PRP και κατά πόσο μπορούν να βοηθήσουν.
