Ασβέστωμα στον ώμο με υπερακάνθιο πόνο: κορτιζόνη ή αρθροσκόπηση;
Είμαι 40 χρόνων και έχω ασβέστωμα στον ώμο ,το οποίο ακουμπάει τον υπερακάνθιο με αποτέλεσμα να πονάω σε πολλές κινήσεις. Εκανα θεραπεία με κρουστικό υπέρηχο, η οποία δημιούργησε φλεγμονή και είμαι σε αποκατάσταση με αντιφλεγμονώδη.Θα μου προτείνατε ένεση κορτιζόνης ή αρθροσκόπηση για να λύσω το πρόβλημα?
