Είμαι 22 χρόνων γυναίκα. Έχω χονδροπαθεια γονάτου σε όχι πολύ προχωρημένο στάδιο και εδώ και 2 μήνες περίπου παίρνω χάπια νομίζω λέγονται condromed αλλά δεν βλέπω ιδιαίτερη βελτίωση. Μου πρότειναν ένεση με υαλουρονικο σε περίπτωση που δεν πιάσουν τα χάπια αλλά σκέφτηκα την εναλλακτική της φυσιοθεραπείας, ποια είναι η γνώμη σας σε αυτό το θέμα ;

Οπωσδήποτε έγχυση υαλουρονικου και χάπια για 5 ως 6 μηνες και πολυ και ιδιαίτερη γυμναστικη

Θα πρότεινα να κάνετε λίγες φυσικοθεραπείες κ αν δε βελτιωθεί σταδιακά κάνετε κ την ενεση
