Πρέπει να κάνω αρθροπλαστική αστραγάλου για πόνο παρά τις ενέσεις;
Γεια σας!Υστερα απο ακτινογραφια ποδοκνημικης στην οποια υπεβληθη αναφερεται χωρις εμφανη λυση οστικης συνεχειας, σημειωνεται η παρουσια εξοστωσης στην οπισθια και ανω επιφανεια της πτερνης.Σημειωνεται μικρη ακανθα πτερνης.Πρακτικα, οταν περπαταω ποναει το εξογκωμα του αστραγαλου και περπαταω με δυσκολια παρολο που φοραω αθλητικα skechers. Εκανα 2 ενεσεις υαλουρονικου το 2024 και στις 18 Δεκεμβρη ενεση κορτιζονης.Δυστυχως συνεχιζεται ο πονος.Θα πρεπει να υποβληθω σε εγχειρηση αρθροπλαστικης αστραγαλου?Σημειωτεον εχω κανει και αξονικη!Σας ευχαριστω!

Η ενδεδειγμενη χειρουργικη αντιμετωπιση δεν ειναι η αρθροπλαστικη αστραγαλου. Αυτο πρεπει να συζητηθει ομως με τον γιατρο που θα σας αναλαβει για μια τετοια τυπου επεμβαση.

Αρθροπλαστικη αστραγαλου εκτός από σπανιότατη δε νομίζω ότι χρειάζεται κιόλας
Συνήθως με τροποποίηση δραστηριότητας κ φυσικοθεραπεία τα πράγματα πάνε καλα
