Υπάρχει βιώσιμη λύση για επίμηκες κάταγμα ρίζας σε 1ο γομφίο;
Ερώτημα απευθυνόμενο προς ενδοδοντολόγους κυρίως: Σε περίπτωση που διαπιστωθεί επίμηκες κάταγμα ρίζας (άπω και παρειακά) σε 1ο γομφίο με συνακόλουθο περιακρορριζικό απόστημα, όπως και προυπάρχον χρόνιο περιακρορριζικό απόστημα στην διπλανή ρίζα (εγγύς, παρειακά), σύμφωνα με τα τελευταία επιστημονικά δεδομένα, υπάρχει κάποια μακροχρόνια βιώσιμη λύση για το δόντι, πέρα από εξαγωγή + (εμφύτευμα+κολόβωμα+στεφάνη); Προτάθηκε ολική ριζεκτομή, ως λύση ανάγκης για διατήρηση του δοντιού, αλλά φυσικά με ημερομηνία λήξης.
