Χρειάζεται να αφαιρεθεί το απονευρωμένο δόντι και η κύστη 2εκ. με τοπική νάρκωση;
Καλησπέρα!έχω βγάλει μια κύστη πάνω στο σημείο που ενώνονται το ούλο με το μάγουλο.Η οδοντίατρος και ο ενδοδοντιστής συμφωνούν ότι προέρχεται από το απονευρωμένο δόντι.Αφού έκανα και την αξονική,ο γναθοχειρουργός είπε ότι η κύστη πιέζει το ιγμόριο,πρέπει να βγει το απονευρωμένο δόντι,να γίνει αναστροφή στις ρίζες των διπλανών δοντιών,να βγει η κύστη η οποία είναι περίπου 2εκ., και πριν από όλα αυτά να απονευρωθεί και το διπλανό δόντι. Θεωρείται ότι όντως χρειάζεται να γίνουν όλα αυτά;;Το πιθανό χειρουργείο γίνεται με τοπική νάρκωση ή ολική;;

Αν το είπε ο γναθοχειρουργός μάλλον χρειάζονται. Γίνονται με τοπική αναισθησία.

Με τοπική. Αν δεν αφαιρεθεί η κύστη θα έχετε υποτροπή
