Πονοκέφαλοι και ζάλη μετά από ακρορριζεκτομή με χρήση PRF πλάσματος, 25 μέρες μετά την επέμβαση
Γεια σας, έκανα επέμβαση ακρορριζεκτομης στην άνω γνάθο λόγω κύστης στη ρίζα ενός απονευρωμενου δοντιού κ μόλις ξεπρηστησε η περιοχή άρχισα να έχω πονοκεφάλους τάσης σαν κάποιος να με πιέζει στον κρόταφο κ επίσης ζάλη ελαφριά σαν αστάθεια ή ναυτία... χρησιμοποιήθηκε και μέθοδος prf πλάσματος. Το πρόβλημα παρατηρείται πιο έντονα όταν τρώω κ το δόντι της περιοχής της επέμβασης πονάει όταν τρώω... έχει 25 μέρες που έγινε η επέμβαση. Κάναμε κ αξονική ιγμορείων κ ήταν καθαρά. Δε μπορώ να βγάλω άκρη..... ακόμη τα ράμματα δεν αποροφηθηκαν επίσης. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι αλλεργία σε κάποιο υλικό ή να έγινε κάτι στραβά κ να επηρεάζει κάποιο νεύρο στο κεφάλι;
