Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 39 ετών, ήμουν έγκυος 8 εβδομάδων και απέβαλα. Έκανα απόξεση και οι ιστολογικές εξετάσεις της μήτρας έδειξαν το εξής συμπέρασμα: Εικόνα όπως η παρατηρούμενη σε ενδομήτρια παλινδρομική κύηση με συνοδεύσει αλλοιώσεις οξείας-υπόγειας χοριοαμνιονίτιδας-λαχνιτίδας-μεσολαχνιτίδας ενδεχομένως συνδυαζόμενες με ιογενή λοίμωξη καθώς και αλλοιώσεις ήπιας βαρύτητας χρονίζουσας ενδομητρίτιδας. Τι περαιτέρω εξετάσεις πρέπει να κάνω και τι θεραπεία χρειάζεται;
