Πόνος μετά από απόξεση στην εμμηνόπαυση λόγω πολύποδα - απαιτεί έρευνα;
Καλησπέρα σας, η μητέρα μου 58 ετών σε εμμηνόπαυση, υποβλήθηκε σε απόξεση προχθές λόγω πάχυνσης ενδομητρίου (1,1 εκ) και αφαιρέθηκε μεγάλος πολύποδας. Δεν είχε αιμοραγίες, ούτε μετά την διαδικασία (πολύ λίγο αίμα μόνο τις πρώτες ώρες μετά την επέμβαση), αλλά πονάει ήπια χαμηλά στην κοιλιά (υπογάστριο). Ο πόνος βέβαια είναι ήπιος και προϋπήρχε της επέμβασης. Αντιβιοτικό για το σπίτι δεν της δόθηκε, παρά μόνο μετά την επέμβαση (σε ορό). Ο πόνος οφείλεται στο ότι υπήρχε πολύποδας ή χρήζει περαιτέρω έρευνας για κάποια επιπλοκή; Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ εκ των προτέρων!!!
