Είναι επικίνδυνη η απόξεση ενδομητρίου για καρδιοπαθή με μικτή βαλβιδοπάθεια;
Καλημέρα σας, είμαι 59 χρονών, είμαι στην εμμηνόπαυση περίπου εδώ και πέντε χρόνια και έχω παρουσιάσει πάχυνση ενδομητρίου. Με τη γιατρό μου την παρακολουθούμε τακτικά γιατί είμαι καρδιοπαθής. Πάσχω από μετρίου βαθμού μικτή βαλβιδοπάθεια (στένωση μιτροειδούς και καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια), κολπική μαρμαρυγή και παίρνω Sintrom ως μέρος της αγωγής μου. Στην τελευταία εξέταση το πάχος του ενδομητρίου φάνηκε να είναι κοντά στο 1 εκατοστό και η γιατρός μου συνέστησε απόξεση, λέγοντας πως δε μπορούμε να το αφήνουμε άλλο. Η απόξεση θα γίνει σε μικρή ιδιωτική γυναικολογική κλινική με την οποία συνεργάζεται η γιατρός παρουσία αναισθησιολόγου. Πόσο επικίνδυνο είναι για την καρδιά; Ο καρδιολόγος μου έχει συστήσει να προσέχω να μην ανεβάζω παλμούς. Υπάρχει κίνδυνος αιμορραγίας που δε θα μπορεί να αντιμετωπιστεί; Το INR μου άλλοτε είναι στα βάθη κι άλλοτε στα ύψη. Δε σας κρύβω ότι φοβάμαι αρκετά.
