Αίμα στο σκούπισμα μετά την αφόδευση 45 ημέρες μετά τον τοκετό: αιτίες;

Καλησπέρα σας, γέννησα πριν 45 ημέρες. Πριν 3 μέρες παρατήρησα λίγο αίμα κατά το σκούπισμα μετά την αφόδευση. Ήταν ελαφρύ, σαν ροζ στο χρώμα. Εχθές δεν ενεργήθηκα καθόλου και σήμερα είδα πάλι λίγο ροζ αίμα, σε πολύ μικρότερη ποσότητα μόνο στο σκούπισμα. Δεν έχω πόνο και γενικά ενεργούμαι κανονικά. Τι μπορεί να σημαίνει;
