Λάμψεις και θολή όραση και στα δύο μάτια, αποκόλληση υαλοειδούς;

Παρατήρησα λάμψεις περιμετρικά του ματιού και μετά από λίγο εμφανίστηκαν ιστοί και θολή όραση και πολλά μικρά στίγματα σαν τελιτσες.Ο γιατρός μου είπε ότι είναι αποκόλληση υαλοειδους αλλά το έχω και στα δύο μάτια.Μπορει να είναι και κάτι άλλο;;
