Κίνδυνος αποκόλλησης αμφιβληστροειδούς με μυωπία και μυγάκια στα 52;
Είμαι 52 χρονών με μυωπία 3,5 βαθμούς. Πριν δύο χρόνια μου εμφανίστηκαν στην όραση τα λεγόμενα μυγάκια και δύο φορές εμφανίστηκαν για λίγο αστραπές. Με τον καιρό τα συμπτώματα έχουν μειωθεί ή τουλάχιστον εγώ δεν τα αντιλαμβάνομαι τόσο πολύ τα μυγάκια. Η ερώτησή μου είναι αν υπάρχει κίνδυνος αποκόλλησης αμφιβληστροειδούς. Η όρασή μου είναι πολύ καλή

Οι μυιοψιες είναι είναι ένα σύμπτωμα σύνηθες ειδικότερα στους μύωπες . Και ιδιαίτερα αυτοί, έχουν κίνδυνο αποκόλλησης αμφιβληστροειδούς 50% περισσότερο από τους μη έχοντες μυωπία. Φρόνιμο θα ήταν ένας ετήσιος έλεγχος του βυθού αν δεν υπάρχουν βέβαια έντονα συμπτώματα όπου σε αυτήν τη περίπτωση ο έλεγχος γίνεται άμεσα .

Καλό θα είναι να κάνετε βυθοσκοπηση.
Να γίνει έλεγχος αν υπάρχει κάποια αλλοίωση στον αμφιβληστροειδή.

Δεν βλέπω λόγο ανησυχίας.Εφόσον δεν υπάρχει οικογενειακό ή ατομικο ιστορικό αποκολλησης και ο αμφιβληστροειδής δεν έχει εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις στην περιφέρεια του δεν συντρέχουν λόγοι ανησυχίας
