Πότε υποχωρεί το μπούκωμα και η μεταδοτικότητα του covid;
Καλησπέρα, είμαι θετική στον covid από την Κυριακή. Ανέβασα μόνο δέκατα (μέχρι 38), αλλά έχω φοβερό μπούκωμα. Πότε αναμένεται να υποχωρήσει; Μέχρι πότε μεταδίδω τον ιό; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Το μπούκωμα/ρινική συμφόρηση είναι πολύ συχνό με τα σημερινά στελέχη του ιού. Συνήθως αρχίζει να βελτιώνεται μετά τις πρώτες 5–7 ημέρες.Σε κάποιους μπορεί να κρατήσει περισσότερο (έως και 2 εβδομάδες), ειδικά αν υπάρχει ιστορικό αλλεργικής ρινίτιδας ή ιγμορίτιδας. Θα βοηθούσαν συχνές ρινικές πλύσεις με φυσιολογικό ορό ή θαλασσινό νερό και χρήση ήπιω αποσυμφορητικών ρινικών σπρέι για λίγες ημέρες. Μεταδοτική είσαι κυρίως τις πρώτες 5 ημέρες. Μετά την 5η ημέρα η μεταδοτικότητα μειώνεται πολύ, αλλά μπορεί να παραμείνεις μολυσματική μέχρι και την 10η ημέρα (γι’ αυτό σε κάποιες οδηγίες συστήνεται μάσκα και μέτρα προστασίας έως τότε).
