Πότε να επιστρέψω στη δουλειά μετά από θετικό τεστ χωρίς πυρετό;

Έχω συμπτώματα από Παρασκευή, χωρίς πυρετό. Το Σάββατο βγήκε αρνητικό και τη Δευτέρα θετικό....άχνη γραμμή. Πότε μπορώ να επιστρέψω στη δουλειά; Μου είπαν επειδή δεν έχω πυρετό ..να επιστρέψω την Πέμπτη. Τι ισχύει τελικά;
