Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω το άγχος για διάγνωση ΔΕΠΥ ως φοιτήτρια;

Υποψιάζομαι ότι έχω ΔΕΠΥ εδώ και καιρό επειδή ταυτίζομαι σχεδόν με όλα τα συμπτώματα από τη μικρή μου ηλικία μέχρι τώρα, που είμαι φοιτήτρια. Αλλά αγχώνομαι πως αν απευθυνθώ σε κάποιον ειδικό και κάνω λάθος και τελικά δεν έχω ΔΕΠΥ μπορεί να με κρίνουν πχ οι γονείς μου λέγοντας ότι απλά ψάχνω δικαιολογίες για την αδυναμία μου να συγκεντρωθώ κλπ. Τι προτείνετε να κάνω;
