Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για ήπιες αθηρωματικές αλλοιώσεις στην αορτή;

Έχω 4,4 ανεύρυσμα αορτής κάνω αξονική 3 χρόνια και δεν μου έχει μεγαλώσει. Πριν 7 μήνες που έκανα αξονική μου είπαν χωρίς αλλοίωση η αορτή. Χτες που έκανα αξονική μου βρήκαν ήπιες αθηρωματικές αλλοιώσεις. Πρέπει να ανησυχώ;; Σε τι γιατρό πρέπει να πάω σε απλό καρδιολόγο ή σε καρδιοχειρουργό;;
