Η διακοπή κυήσεως στην Ελλάδα μετά την 12η εβδομάδα κυήσεως δεν θεωρείται νόμιμη εφόσον δεν συντρέχοθν σοβαροί ιατρικοί λόγοι από τη μητέρα ή το έμβρυο.
