Πυρετός σε παιδί 2 ετών κάθε μήνα χωρίς άλλα συμπτώματα, τι μπορεί να είναι;
Καλησπέρα έχω ένα μικρό αγοράκι δύο χρονών και εδώ και αρκετούς μήνες περίπου από το Μάρτιο το παιδί μου κάθε μήνα τέλος του μήνα σχεδόν ίδιες ημερομηνίες ανεβάζει πυρετό αρκετά υψηλό κάποιες φορές και κάποιες φορές φτάνει μέχρι 38 χωρίς κανένα άλλο σύμπτωμα ούτε μύξα ούτε βήχα μόνο παραπονιέται ότι τον ενοχλεί το στόμα του κάθε μήνα όμως τέλος του μήνα 27 με 30 του μηνός το παιδί μου έχει πυρετό τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει

Πιθανως το παιδι κανει περιοδικο συνδρομο, ειναι συχνο φαινομενο. Πρεπει να ελεγχει με αιματολογικες εξετασεις και καλο ειναι να κανετε καλλιεργεια φαρυγγικου για να αποκλειστει το μικροβιακο αιτιο.

Ίσως έχει κάποιο από τα περιοδικά πυρετικα σύνδρομα. Να διερευνηθεί από Παιδιατρο

Όταν ένα παιδί έχει συχνά εμπύρετα η πιο συχνή αιτία είναι λοιμώξεις που μπορεί να έχει κολλήσει. Όταν ωστόσο τα εμπύρετα καταγράφουν περιοδικότητα (δηλαδή είναι κάθε 1μηνα όπως περιγράφετε) θα πρέπει να υπολογιστεί και η πιθανότητα αυτοφλεγμονωδων νοσημάτων όπως το σύνδρομο PFAPA. Μπορεί να ενημερωθείτε από τον παιδίατρο σας σχετικά.
