Καλημέρα σας .Σε αιματολογικό έλεγχο που έκανα πρόσφατα είχα τα εξής αποτελέσματα για τα αιμοπετάλια, για τα οποία ζήτησα να γίνει έλεγχος στο πλακάκι.Έχω μεγάλη ατονία . ΑΙΜΟΠΕΤΑΛΙΑ (PLT)->140 K/μl Αιμοπεταλιοκρίτης->0.11 Μέσος Όγκος Αιμοπεταλίων (MPV)->13.0 Εύρος Κατανομής Αιμοπεταλίων (PDW)->19.2% Και στο παρελθόν ο αριθμός των αιμοπεταλίων κυμαινόταν από 110-140 .Θα πρέπει να κάνω περαιτέρω έλεγχο; Σας ευχαριστώ .
