Καλημέρα, είμαι γυναίκα 27 ετών, έχω κάνει γαστρικό μανίκι πριν 5 χρόνια και επιδεινώθηκε η κατάσταση της σιδηροπενικής αναιμίας με απότομα σκαμπανεβάσματα. Πριν 3 χρόνια είχα κάνει έγχυση σιδήρου. Τώρα οι εξετάσεις μου είναι 6.5 φερριτίνη, 27 σίδηρος, 10 αιμοσφαιρίνη, 32 αιματοκρίτης, 24 περιεκτικότητα hgb με υποχρωμία και μικροκυττάρωση στα ερυθρά. Για απορρόφηση του σιδήρου χρησιμοποιώ σε μορφή σπρέι μέσω βλεννογόνων, καθώς και βιταμίνη C. Έχετε να προτείνετε κάτι; Ευχαριστώ.
