Πώς επηρεάζει η χρόνια γαστρίτιδα τη φερριτίνη και την τριχόπτωση;
Καλησπέρα. Με χρόνια ήπια γαστρίτιδα από το 2023, έκανα εξετάσεις πριν κάποιους μήνες, η φερριτίνη μου ήταν 42, ο σίδηρος 99 και ο αιματοκρίτης 41. Έχω όμως το τελευταίο διάστημα πολλή τριχόπτωση και αδυναμία. Η βιταμίνη B12 ήταν 277 και η D 21. Παίρνω συμπληρώματα σε αυτές. Μήπως πρέπει να κάνω κάτι με τη φερριτίνη μου; Επηρεάζεται από τη γαστρίτιδα;

Η φερριτίνη σας είναι καλή και δεν δικαιολογεί συμπτώματα.

Εννοείται πρέπει να κάνετε τακτικές μετρήσεις ανά μήνα αρχικά ανά τρίμηνο αργότερα, κλείστε ραντεβού να σας γράψουμε, σίγουρα η γαστρίτιδα μπορεί να εμποδίζει την απορρόφηση της φεριτίνης λόγω της αυξημένης παραγωγής υδροχλωρικού οξέος.
