Ποιο συμπλήρωμα σιδήρου να δοκιμάσω για σοβαρή έλλειψη φερριτίνης;
Καλησπέρα είμαι η Γιώτα 39 ετών έχω σοβαρή έλλειψη φερριτίνης είναι 8 και αιμοσφαιρίνη 9 έχω βαριά περίοδο χάνω πολύ αίμα η περίοδος μου κρατά 7 ημέρες και τις δύο πρώτες αλλάζω κάθε μία ώρα. Παλεύω πολλά χρόνια με χαμηλό σίδηρο αλλά από μικρή και μέχρι τώρα παθαίνω συχνά κολικούς εντέρου και δεν μπορέσαμε να βρούμε με τον γιατρό ένα σκεύασμα που να μην με πειράζει τελευταία έπαιρνα ένα συμπλήρωμα σιδήρου από natural health το οποίο όμως είχε μόνο λίγα mg σιδήρου το έπαιρνα 6 μήνες μια κάψουλα την ημέρα και δεν είχε αποτέλεσμα οπότε ψάχνω να βρω κάποιο άλλο υπάρχει κάποιο καλό συμπλήρωμα να δοκιμάσω? Οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις μου είναι καλές. Ευχαριστώ.
